1. How to apply – step by step

Step 1: Fill in the online application

  • Open the online application form at this link.
  • Before submitting, go through the entire application again and make sure nothing is missing.
  • Confirm your agreement with the competition rules and the processing of personal data.
  • Submit the form – an automatic confirmation of receipt of the application will be sent by e‑mail.

Step 2: Sending the required documents

  • Prepare the required attachments in PDF or JPG formats.
  • Send the required documents (artistic CV, photographs, proof of payment of the participation fee) to the e‑mail address: pragueorgancompetition@seznam.cz. Please clearly name each file (e.g. “Surname_CV.pdf”).

Step 3: After submission

  • In case of any ambiguities, the organizer may contact applicants to request additional information.
  • The list of contestants who advance will be published on 15 January 2027.

2. Important dates

  • Online applications open: 15 May 2026
  • Application deadline: 15 October 2026 (23:59)
  • Announcement of successful applicants: 15 January 2027
  • Competition dates: 6–9 October 2027
  • Announcement of results: 8 October 2027 (evening programme)
  • Jury member’s concert: morning of 9 October 2027

Notice: Applications submitted after the deadline will not be accepted. It is recommended not to leave submission to the last minute due to possible technical complications.


3. Required application documents

  • Completed online form with all mandatory fields.
  • High‑quality audiovisual recording for Round 1, submitted as an unlisted link on www.youtube.com as part of the application. The recording must not be edited; individual pieces may be recorded separately.
  • Artistic CV.
  • Print‑quality photograph.
  • Proof of payment of the competition fee of 100 EUR (after deduction of all charges), or 2,500 CZK from a Czech bank account.

Account number: 2601942895 / 2010, IBAN: CZ72 2010 0000 0026 0194 2895. State first name and surname in the payment reference. The participation fee is non‑refundable; late applications will not be considered.
